She handled everything, including having the kitchen remodeled and inside painted, plumbing repairs, selling unwanted furniture to the painter, staging, and dealing with the escrow company. Almost everything was done via email, text or phone, and all was done seamlessly. She is thorough, professional, personable and kind. From the time the tenant moved out just before Labor Day weekend, it took less than four weeks to complete all remodeling and staging and list the condo on a Friday. She ran an open house on Saturday and Sunday, and we had 4 or 5 offers by Monday. Offer accepted on Tuesday, condo sale completed and money in the bank 15 days later.
